Position Summary : Responsible for organizing and coordinating the activities of facility Employee Health and Work Compensation programs. For operational / administrative purposes this position reports to the Human Resources Director. Clinical oversight by the Chief Nursing Officer and the Medical Director.
Minimum Education : Formal training program.
Required Skill Set : Advanced computer skills ; Advanced experience with MS Office suite ; Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment ; Ability to gather , analyze and assess data to develop quality improvement initiatives ; Knowledge of regulatory requirements to include local, state, federal, DNV and CMS; Ability to adjust schedule to meet the needs of facility staff members; Knowledge of employee health and compensation programs; Ability to adapt to change and manage time; Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to exercise independent judgment in the completion of assignments and duties ; Ability to read and write English language fluently.
Minimun Requirements : One year of acute care experience
Preferred Requirements : Associate’s Degree; State of Arizona Registered Nurse license in good standing 3+ years of Nursing experience.
Required License / Certification : State of Arizona LPN license in good standing ; BLS
